In order to be contacted when the FIRSTCALL system is activated, your telephone number must be "listed" in telephone directories.  If you have an "unlisted" telephone number, you will need to manually add yourself to the database.  This database of telephone numbers is used when we activate the FIRSTCALL system notifying residents of emergency situations.

To add your telephone number, simply call the FIRSTCALL's registration line at 866-484-3264.  When prompted, you will need to give the following information:

Your Name

Your Phone Number

Your Address, including City, State, and Zip Code

Once you've finished giving this information and it has been entered into the system, you will receive a test phone call from FIRSTCALL verifying that it was entered correctly.
