The County's Hurricane Ike debris removal operation is coming to a close.  Residents should make every effort to place debris along the public right-of-way.  This should be limited to separated piles of storm generated limbs, branches, white goods (washers, dryers and refrigerators) and construction and demolition debris.  When placing storm generated debris in the right-of-way, please be cautious not to obstruct mailboxes, fire hydrants or utility access points such as electric and waters meters, as these could be damaged by heavy equipment during loading.
