Showers and storms are expected Tuesday as a low pressure system followed by a strong cold front moves through Galveston County. Slight to enhanced severe weather conditions may result. This system may have strong winds and gusts of 30-50 mph. Hail and tornadoes may be possible. There will be localized heavy rainfall that may result in minor localized flooding. A Gale Warning is in effect offshore of Galveston from 6AM Tuesday until 12AM Wednesday.
