Fireworks can be a fun way to celebrate our nation, but they can be dangerous. Stay safe this 4th by following these safety tips!
- Never allow children to play with fireworks
- Direct fireworks away from homes, people, and trees
- Never relight fireworks that have not fully ignited or "dud" fireworks
- Do not hold lit fireworks
- Never buy illegal fireworks, they can not only land you in trouble, but be dangerous or poorly made
- Do not use fireworks in the house
