August 21, 10am Update: Potential Tropical Cyclone 9 is forecast to become a tropical depression later today and a tropical storm just before landfall in South TX on Tuesday morning. A Tropical Storm Watch is in effect from Port O'Connor to Sargent. Minimal impacts are expected for Southeast TX from this system. Continue to monitor your trusted weather source, such as the NWS Houston/Galveston.

Again, at this time, minimal to no impacts from Potential Tropical Cyclone 9 are expected here in Southeast Texas.
