Galveston County Office of Emergency Management collocated with the National Weather Center are keeping a close eye on the Gulf near Southeast Texas for the area with a current formation probability of 70 percent of development within the next 48 hours.

There are no impacts to Galveston County as the storm is expected to move inland to northeastern Mexico.
