The mission of the Galveston County Office of Emergency Management is to enhance public safety and community resilience by coordinating comprehensive preparedness, response, recovery, and mitigation efforts. We work in partnership with local, state, and federal agencies to minimize the impact of natural and manmade disasters and emergencies.
